FleetCor Technologies, Inc. was established in 2000 in the United States, under its CEO Ronald Clarke had grown to sales of over 320 million dollars by 2012. Recently the business has acquired Servi?os e Tecnologia de Pagamentos S.A. of Brazil at the cost of about $1.3billion, the largest acquisition that FLEETCOR has ever made.
