Company will demonstrate a super-easy way to solve customer problems with one-click access to the combined power of digital, knowledge, AI, and analytics
Sunnyvale, CA (November 15, 2016): eGain (Nasdaq: EGAN), the leading provider of cloud customer engagement solutions, today announced that it will unveil click-to-solve?, a radically simple solution to improve customer service efficiency and reduce customer effort, at Gartner Application Strategies and Solutions Summit, scheduled to be held December 6-8 in Las Vegas, NV.
