Melbourne, Australia, 30th June 2016 ? Oceans 2 Earth (O2E) organisation offers volunteering opportunities to save and preserve the animal life and natural habitat. Their new ?Gold Coast Hinterland Wildlife Volunteer Program? specializes in bats and rehabilitation of ducks and geese in Queensland, Australia.
Oceans 2 Earth Foundation offers unique and fascinating wildlife volunteering opportunities for individuals who wish to assist in saving and protecting the many animal species who live in this rainforest region. They have focused on the ever increasing threats for animals, wildlife and marine life in Australia and abroad since 2010. Since, it is a non-profitable organisation and receives no recurrent funding from the governments, O2E have launched a new project called the ?Gold Coast Hinterland Wildlife? Volunteer Program. This volunteer program relies on the contribution of volunteers to care for and rehabilitate animals in its care. Their mission is to provide the best medical care to all of the sick, injured, and orphaned animals that are rescued by the centre, while creating an environment to educate and inspire the general public to accept animals and other native fauna as a part of their lives.
The project is nestled in the quiet forest valley of the Gold Coast Hinterland, Queensland. The Gold Coast region has been developed significantly after the establishment of the Hotel- Surfers Paradise in the late 1920s and today, it has become a major tourist destination flourished with sunny subtropical climate, surfing beaches, canal and waterway systems, which makes it a significant tourist destination. The O2E Gold Coast Hinterland Wildlife Volunteer Program offers care for the rescued animals of this region and is looking for animal loving volunteers who are willing to work and show initiative in caring for all kinds of animals, as there is a list of work tasks that are needed to be done on a daily basis with robust monitoring for environmental protection and sustainability.
