A new mobile marketing software has launched that allows users to capitalise on the massive mobile user market through a series of engagement features. These include a support ticket system, the ability to import user accounts, an email newsletter system, country code formatting and premium SMS shortcode. Called Mobile X, it was designed by Neil Napier with the intention of helping business owners to reach a larger market.
More information can be found on the official Mobile X website at: http://letsgolook.at/MobileX.
The site explains that the mobile market is the future of marketing, citing Facebook's acquisition of Whatsapp for $19 billion as a point of emphasis. It goes on to underscore that SMS messages produce six to eight times more engagement than email, with only around 20% of emails being read. In addition to this, only 12% of Facebook posts are read, and only 29% of tweets are seen by followers.
Contrasting this, the site says the average response time for text messages is only 90 seconds, and 98% of text messages get opened by their recipients, giving them a far larger response rate than email and other forms of social marketing. While the email clickthrough rate is only 4.2%, the Mobile X site explains that SMS clickthrough rate is 19%.
This means that the mobile market is the largest, most responsive market out there, and as the Mobile X developers explain, the majority of businesses are still not fully aware of the scale of this potential market.
A full video preview of Mobile X is available on site, and shows interested parties how they can use the program to reach out to this large market. The software allows businesses a wide range of options to cater to mobile users, including a support system that allows instant 24/7 support, which can help to improve brand integrity by quickly resolving queries and support requests.
Other features include dynamic reporting for all activities initiated on the business site's portal, the ability to send SMS messages to a user base, and the ability to automatically format mobile numbers to match international operator requirements.
