IndiSoft, LLC , a technology developer focusing its efforts on the default service management industry, announced today the launch of an RxOffice Project portal, which allows clients to track the status of their projects with IndiSoft at every stage.
All of IndiSoft\'s clients who use the company\'s development services can now take advantage of the new platform to securely manage their projects while having the transparency to track the status of projects with IndiSoft. The new portal improves key performance indicators at IndiSoft and gives clients more information to use in reporting regarding project status.
\"We are pleasantly surprised to see how quickly the IndiSoft team could tweak their existing RxOffice Legal portal to become a project management tool,\" said Soofi Safavi, CTO of Radian Guaranty, a long-time client of IndiSoft\'s. \"This new portal gives us the visibility we need into the inner workings of our projects with IndiSoft. Their willingness to share this information shows they are truly business partners that have the technology and the know how.\"
\"We want our clients to have peace of mind when working on any project with us,\" said Sanjeev Dahiwadkar, founder and CEO of IndiSoft. \"At the core of the RxOffice platform is the case, document and workflow management capability along with open architecture-based communication. Being able to provide clients such as Radian with the transparency they need to manage projects using our RxOffice platform shows the technology\'s robustness.\"
RxOffice Projects gives IndiSoft clients the opportunity to analyze the resources used on a project as well as compare estimated versus actual hours on the project at the resource level. Clients can also track the start and end dates of a project and see the completed tasks.
\"This portal allows our clients to plan more effectively and approach the implementation of technology projects in a whole new way,\" Yogesh Chaudhari, an IndiSoft product manager, added. \"It will change the way companies measure the [return on investment] of technology projects and help the plan for future efforts.\"
