Shang Palace at Shangri - La?s - Eros Hotel, New Delhi introduces Chef Ye Haijun?s special Dim Sum Lunch. From bite - size portions of dumplings to steamed buns and baos, from soups and appetisers to homemade gelatos, the menu has everything guests could wish for, if not more.

With expansive interiors that include an indoor seating, three private dining rooms for a personalised dining experience and a large outdoor deck overlooking lush green gardens for al fresco dining. Shang Palace is ready to take Chinese dining to a celestial level.

Dim sum culinary master, Chef Ye Hai Jun has meticulously crafted a signature Dim Sum Lunch menu composed of an assortment of cold appetisers, soups, dim sums and desserts. Shang Palace offers patrons a large selection of delectable dishes to choose from. The Dim Sum Lunch menu offers an authentic selection of cold appetisers and soups such as Marinated Sliced Pork Belly with Garlic and Chilli Sauce, Marinated Cucumber with Garlic and a Sichuan- Style Marinated Chicken in Chilli Sauce and Lemon Coriander Soup, amongst others.

Furthermore, the menu also serves classic favourites of savoury and sweet dim sums for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian palates. The vegetarian selection includes Poached Peking Style Vegetable Dumpling, Steamed Corn with Chives and Garlic Dumpling, Spicy Radish and Glass Noodle Dumpling, Lotus Steam and Water Chestnut Dumpling and Vegetable Tempura Cheung Fun.

The non-vegetarian selection includes Prawn Crackling Ball, Prawn Har Gao, Deep Fried Vegetables and Prawn Pocket, Poached Peking Dumpling with Chicken, Chicken Cheung Fun, Chicken Xioa Long Bao, Chicken Shao Mai, Char Sui Baked Pork Bun.

To end the delectable meal, the signature menu also offers an inviting medley of sweet dim sums such as Fried Potato and Custard Poppies, Pan - Fried Brown Sugar Cake (Nian Gao), Poached Rice Dumping with Sesame Paste, and Fried Pineapple and Custard Dumpling. Chef Ye Hai Jun also recommends patrons to indulge in a delightful selection of homemade gelatos. The gelatos are freshly prepared in-house with exciting flavours such as Caramel Popcorn, Fresh Coconut and Lychee, Mango with Chia Seeds, Chocolate Fudge, and Pineapple Caramel.
