Sudhakar will join to the Company as CEO effective May 23, 2016. Sudhakar is currently a Marketing Director for a Bangalore based startup was responsible for managing venture relationships, customer relationships, project delivery and operations.
As CEO, Sudhakar will direct all facets of a robust IT pipeline for Mindlan ? including operations, delivery, customer engagement and people management activities.

Shekhar C - who has served as Director & CEO of the Company - will maintain his role as Director of the Board. In addition to his role at Mindlan, Shekhar continues to be active in the Mindlan, extending his time for Finance Operations.
