Crosetto Foundation for the Reduction of Cancer Deaths, on behalf of the 1600 Americans dying daily from cancer (one every 4 seconds in the world), respectfully request President Obama and the Cancer Moonshot Task Force call for a public ANALYTICAL and SCIENTIFIC discussion between Crosetto, the DOE and NIH-NCI experts of Crosettos 413-page invention supported by 59 quotes from reputable industries to solve the cancer dilemma through an effective early detection.

As reported in the 413-page document, Crosetto invention was formally and officially recognized valuable by academia, industry, research centers (pp. 56-74), acclaimed and endorsed by experts (pp. 50-55 & 75-83), received awards, proven feasible and functional in hardware (pp. 142-146), explained to 12-18 year-olds using a bottling water analogy which uses an analytical, scientific process delivered in this and future messages (9 total).

The goal was to delivering every 6 seconds a bottle full of water when each takes 30 seconds to fill and providing the possibility to fill larger bottles at a higher rate. The cancer problem is to find the most efficient and cost-effective way to reduce cancer deaths and costs through an effective early cancer detection capturing valid signals from tumor markers every, lets say 60 nanoseconds where each takes 300 nanosec to analyze.

Solution #2: The pipeline approach divides the overall task into a sequence of smaller operations executed at each step. The speed of the system will be determined by the slowest step in the operation which in this case is 30 seconds to fill a bottle. If a student finished the task in less than 30 seconds, he waits for the next clock before passing the bottle on to the next station and receiving the bottle from the previous station.

Students were assigned the following tasks at 6 stations:

1: receives an empty bottle, fills the bottle with a glass of water,
2: shakes the bottle,
3: throws away the rinse water,
4: fill the bottle with 2 liters of water,
5: place the bottle cap,
6: dry the bottle and place it into the carton,

This solutions result of one full bottle out every 30 seconds is five times slower than the 6-second goal.
