Shopping will feel better than ever, thanks to a special charitable-giving fashion website launched by the Wockhardt Foundation and Fashionablyin.
Fashion.ngo will promote anyone who hosts a trunk show anywhere in the world and sell their products on their upcoming website by retaining 15% of that sale revenue for various programs such as Mobile 1000, Shudhu and the Pronto Bio-Toilet.
Mobile 1000 ? To operate 1000 Mobile Health Vans to provide free primary healthcare to 25 million Indians in rural India
Shudhu ? To provide safe drinking water
Pronto Bio Toilet ? To ensure Pure Waste Discharge from a toilet, thus playing a critical role in preventable healthcare
We're so excited about this site, says Dr. Huzaifa Khorakiwala, founder of Wockhardt Foundation. As much as we all love to shop, nothing will feel as good as giving back to the community.
Fashionablyin also acquired the domain fashion.ngo from the Public Interest Registry in December last year for this project.
Founded in July, 2015 Fashionablyin.com has grown to become the world?s most comprehensive fashion search and discovery website. The company founded by Mumbai based entrepreneur, Tarun Thadani raised an undisclosed sum of seed funding late last year has already started making benchmarks in the global fashion industry.
