Here, food writer Anoothi Vishal will curate heritage Kayastha cuisine. A reflection of India\'s great cultural mix, it was born out of interaction between the Kayastha community from Shahjahanabad and Uttar Pradesh and the Mughals, in whose courts the Kayasthas were courtiers. It\'s also a great way to bring Holi in.
