Over the years he worked in various accounting positions until he reached the role of controller. In 2002 he was licensed as a CPA and continued his employment in corporate accounting. In 2004 he left corporate accounting to begin his own solo CPA practice in Florida which mainly focused on accounting and tax return preparation services geared to individuals and small to medium sized businesses. In 2012 he sold his Florida practice and relocated to Statesville, NC where he started a NC practice.
