The Chef?s starter plate will consist of pumpkin and goat?s cheese arancini with saffron cheese sauce, marinated lamb cutlets, tabouli, crispy pita bread and sumac yoghurt, smoked salmon, rocket and petit salsa, and lemon and dill cr?me fraiche.

Guests can choose their main course from the following: 180gm beef tenderloin with potato mash, buttered broccolini, red wine jus, and crispy leeks; or Prosciutto-wrapped pan-seared chicken breast with potato gratin, asparagus and B?arnaise sauce.

A dessert-sharing plate selection, consisting of French macaroons, gourmet tartlets and chocolate strawberries, will top off the meal.
