The move-in ready houses offered by Twilight Homes are quite spacious, and yet they have a reasonable list price. For example, a bungalow in Los Lunas measures 2,312 square feet with 3 bedrooms including a large master suite, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. It's listed for less than $180,000.
The most expensive home they offer is listed at less than $496,000 and it is located in the brand new Aspens community. The 2-story house measures 2,994 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
With a move-in ready home, there are no hidden defects, no damage to any part of the home, and no sign of wear and tear, reveals McNaney. So there's no unpleasant addition to the cost of the house and the new owner can budget for the home more easily.
There's also a sentimental reason for opting for a new house instead of a used home. With a new home, there's no previous history to the place, and the new owners can start fresh. There's no secret or horrific crime that may have occurred in the home before.
With a brand new house, the new owners can start making their own happy memories, says McNaney. Nothing in the house's history can affect their feelings regarding the beauty of their new home.
