Design Outsource Lab wins a web design project from Presidency College, Sydney

November 10, 2015: Design Outsource Lab has won a prestigious project from Presidency College, Sydney to completely re-design their corporate website and build it from scratch.

As per company sources Presidency College is one of the oldest and most reputed colleges in Sydney that offers graduate, post graduate and doctoral programmes in engineering, science and humanities. Presidency College had not modified the user interface of their website and were still using a very old HTML website. Their website was running on very old technology and was also not mobile friendly. Therefore the management decided to float a tender to invite bids from prospective design and development agencies to rebuild the website from scratch. Design-outsource.com

Had submitted a proposal based on WordPress CMS and using a responsive and mobile friendly WordPress design theme.

The CEO of design-outsource.com said ?We had received the tender documents almost a month ago and as soon as we got them, we assigned our team members to review the documents and come up with possible questions or things that were unclear. These questions were immediately put forward by our team to Presidency College and we received their clarifications the very next day. This gave us more confidence and clarity and based on this information our team quickly worked out an effort estimate and submitted the proposal as per the requirements specified in the official tender documents. Our proposal was reviewed and after a week of submission we received a call from Presidency College in Sydney saying that design-outsource.com had been shortlisted as a potential vendor for this project. We were then invited to Sydney and asked to make a presentation before a technical committee. We were prepared to meet the technical committee and we answered all their questions and explained them our design process. Based on our responses, the committee found our proposal the best and the most qualified and awarded us the project.?

As per company sources work is expected to start on the project next week once the paperwork has been officially signed off between design-outsource.com and Presidency College. The contracts team at design-outsource.com is currently reviewing the draft contract copy.
