August 18, 2015: Safeshowers.com is continuing with its winning streak. Close on the heels of winning the contract of converting bathtubs to showers in a hotel, it has now won the contract of converting bathtubs to showers in a residential apartment in Austin.

Giving details of the contract the CEO of Safeshowers.com said "We did an inspection of 25 homes in the apartment complex and found that in at least 20 homes the bathtubs were in need of immediate replacement, 3 were in need of repair and 1 needed minor repairs. Only one home had a bathtub that could be said to be in OK condition. Based on this evaluation we had submitted our proposal and project plan to the Facilities Management Organization that oversees the day to day functioning of the apartment complex and last week I received a phone call from the secretary of the Organization informing me that we have been awarded the project and should start work on it soon. The official confirmation came through registered post and email only 2 days ago.?

According to industry sources the project is a prestigious one and involves the following set of activities:
- Removal of the old bathtubs

- Cleaning of the area

- Replacement of the old bathtub with new showers

- Putting the hand bars for support

- Putting the water faucets and bathroom accessories

- Putting tiles on the floor

The CEO of Safeshowers.com further added "We have acquired a significant amount of experience and learning from our hotel project and we would be bringing that knowledge to the current project. We would be assigning our senior team to the project. Our senior team comprises qualified and certified plumbers who have several years of experience behind them and are competent to handle a project of such magnitude. We plan to start work on the project next month after the end of the current project.?

The selection of the bathtub in terms of quality and make, colour, size and specifications has already been done. Similarly selection of bathroom faucets and accessories has already been done and purchases are expected to be done as soon as advance payment for the project is received by Safeshowers.com.
