Perfectial Sums Up 2017 and Shares Plans for 2018

The first week of the new year is the time to take a look at the year that?s just passed, recount its major events and achievements, and make plans and goals for the year that has just begun.

2017 was an exciting and сhallenging year for Perfectial. We set ourselves pretty ambitious goals and are happy to look back at what we have achieved in a year. We have grown, increased the number of our clients and projects. Our efforts didn?t go unnoticed. Our clients acknowledged our technical competence. We?ve made a significant step in our further development and were actively involved in the local IT community.

Here are Perfectial?s major highlights from 2017:

We?ve Grown

A constant, stable growth is what distinguishes each of our years, and 2017 was no exception. As our projects and client base grow, we grow with them. 2017 was a year we acquired new clients and partners and expanded to cater to their needs. Perfectial increased in numbers and currently employs over 200 specialists.

But the most significant step in the development and growth direction was taken with the decision to expand and open a new development center in Ivano-Frankivsk. We are making final preparations and will be ready to open the doors of the new office early in 2018.

We Got Positive Feedbacks on Our Work

Perfectial is proud of the connections and partnerships we make. We base our relationships on mutual trust, respect, and professionalism. It is always rewarding to get positive feedback on our work from the clients. This year Perfectial added a couple of favorable Clutch reviews that make us feel proud of what we?ve accomplished.

Furthermore, Clutch named Perfectial among top software development companies from Ukraine. Clutch is known for its meticulous analysis and strict criteria which makes us even more proud to be featured among the best.

Ukrainian digital media website developers.org.ua featured Perfectial in its annual report on top IT employers in Ukraine. Perfectial is among Top 5 Ukrainian IT companies that employ 200-800 specialists, as well as Top 5 Lviv IT companies.

It always pleases us to learn about the accomplishments of our partners as well. We were delighted to hear that one of our most valuable clients, Metis, was reviewed by FinancesOnline and distinguished for its excellence as one of the leading products in the field that has a 99% user satisfaction.

We Enhanced Our Structure

One of the primary goals for the last year and the one that Perfectial has successfully completed was to finish establishing functional offices. We started the process in 2016 with a Project Management Office (PMO). In 2017 we?ve added a Quality Management Office (QMO), a Software Development Office (SDO), and an R&D Office.

You can?t build an outstanding software without thoroughly testing it. We always strive for the best results, and to provide our clients with top-notch products. We need a Quality Management Office to control the quality of products we build. Software Development Office is in charge of providing professional growth of our developers, proper stuffing, and qualification improvement. And in order to be in touch with all the latest tech trends and offer our clients innovative business solutions, we?ve launched R&D Office.

We Launched Our Own Digital Agency

Launching Pixetic, our digital design agency, was an important milestone in Perfectial?s development. To be a more design-oriented company and build compelling products that are focused on a great user experience, we?ve created Pixetic.

Our newly formed design agency has already created some buzz around them - by launching an eye-catching interactive website.
Pixetic has already celebrated its first achievements. Our young design agency received an Honorable Mention from Awwwards that recognizes talent and best efforts among designers, developers, and agencies around the world. Pixetic was distinguished for its clean and stylish website that aligns with its brand?s values.

CSR became an integral part of our philosophy

Being a socially responsible company has always been our goal. This year we?ve strengthened our mission to leave a positive impact and were heavily involved in the social programs of our region.
Perfectial extended its partnership with Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU) and its Bachelor Program in Computer Science (CS@UCU) and continued giving scholarships to young talents. As a part of supporting IT education in Ukraine, we also joined Lviv IT Cluster and helped equip IoT Lab for the Internet of Things bachelor program at Lviv Polytechnic University.

Aside from educational programs Perfectial contributed to the charity fundraiser that helped a local children?s hospital buy an important medical equipment to treat newborns.

We supported major IT events in Ukraine

Last year was rich in IT events in Ukraine. Perfectial took part in two major conferences as a sponsor. The third year in a row Perfectial joined Lviv IT Arena, the biggest tech event in Ukraine and Eastern Europe, as a Golden Partner. We also sponsored GDG DevFest Ukraine, an event that brings together world-class experts in Android, web and cloud technologies from all over the world.

Another IT event Perfectial was a part of last year, was Lviv Outsourcing Forum. We joined it for the tour of the office part that also included a talk with our CEO and co-founder, Andriy Skoropad.

Perfectial?s representatives were present at the events to establish new business connections, broaden their network, and share their insights in the tech expertise and learn the latest business and tech trends.

What we have in store for 2018

This year Perfectial is nowhere near stopping. Even higher customer satisfaction, further improvement of our services and competencies, as well as the satisfaction of our employees, are among our priorities.
We plan our further growth, expansion, and strengthening of our presence on the international as well as local markets. Our primary goal is opening of the new development center early in 2018.

In the past year, we?ve achieved a lot, which only means that we have even more work to do this year. Perfectial will continue developing its functional offices, working with its social initiatives and build mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and employees.
