Three years ago, both of these operations were branch locations of Brance-Krachy Co., Inc. but became separate entities upon a manager buyout of the individual location in Beaumont which resulted in the creation of BK Industrial Solutions, LLC. All these years later, BK Industrial Solutions, LLC is proud to bring these businesses back together under BK Industrial Solutions management. Originally known as Brance-Krachy Co. Inc. and rebranded in 2015, BK Power Systems, LLC has been in the industry since 1932.
