Heart Smart CPR Announces Opening of New Branch in North Austin

Heart Smart CPR recently announced the opening of a new branch in Austin, Texas. The new facility contains a large conference room in which to hold classes. It?s located in a convenient location on Steck Avenue near Mopac. With the new branch, Heart Smart CPR is also accepting new instructors for the Austin area.

Heart Smart CPR offers a variety of training classes designed for those seeking certification in CPR or first aid. Classes are taught in an informative but fun environment with the goal of getting students certified on time. The new Austin branch offers three levels of training classes. Friends & Family CPR is designed for those who want to know CPR or first aid if they find themselves in an emergency situation. This class is designed for any age group, including kids.

The second class offering is CPR for non-medical providers who need CPR certification but aren?t in a medical career. Nannies, fitness instructors and lifeguards, for example, can receive certification for CPR and AED training from the American Heart Association. Medical professionals can select thorough CPR courses for those who work in the medical industry at any level. Those completing the coursework will be BLS certified from the AHA for two years.
