More information about Protune Sports Therapy is available at http://www.protunetherapy.com

The advanced mobility training sessions include a regimen of basic maintenance stretches and exercises. Administered by certified sports massage therapist Fiona Prochowski, the regimen focuses on natural biomechanics and the prevention of injuries by strengthening and conditioning muscle groups. These classes are conducted every Monday evening and require participant pre-registration.

The classes are also tailored to the needs of athletes and sportspersons, with instruction about preparing joints for flexion and extension during the course of training or an event. Sessions are priced at £10 each and do not require participants to be members of Crossfit Digbeth.

The mobility class in Digbeth provides reconditioning and injury management strategies to help participants improve their natural range of motion and to use their joints in stable positions. Protune Sports Therapy provides all equipment required for the class including resistance bands, Lacrosse balls, and foam rollers. The equipment is also available for purchase if required.

Protune Sports Therapy also offers a wide range of tailored individual coaching, on-pitch sports therapy services, injury consultations, sports massage, posture reconditioning, ultrasound therapy, joint mobilization, and full rehabilitation treatments. The clinic treats conditions such as joint pains, muscle stiffness, reduced mobility, inflammation, sciatica, strains, sprains, and other sports injuries.

According to a spokesperson for the Digbeth sports therapy clinic, "The improvement of mobility is a fundamental aspect of preventing long-term injury and is recommended for all adults and especially for athletes in any sport. Our classes guide participants through exercises that require minimal or no equipment and can be performed at home or at a gym."

Protune Sports Therapy is owned by Fiona Prochowski, a certified Level 4 Sports Massage therapist, a Level 2 gym instructor certified as a Rugby Football Union Pre-hospital Immediate Care in Sport therapist. The clinic operates out of its Digbeth location and Garrett's Green Lane in Birmingham. More information is available at the URL above.
