La Concha: New Age Fusion Restaurant with Epicurean Gastronomic Adventures opens at Azaya Beach Resort, Goa

La Concha is a fun and fresh, new age fusion restaurant at Azaya Beach resort in South Goa. It brings to the tropical land an innovative culinary concept featuring local flavours inspired by world’s luxury cuisine.

 

This all-day-dining restaurant features live kitchens that embrace the idea of eating out of the pan, off the grill and out of the wok. Guests can enjoy a myriad of choices that include a taste of Asian, Indian, Italian and Middle Eastern cuisine, all prepared à la minute. For guests with a penchant for all things refined, La Concha’s menu is specially created by celebrated Chef Swatantra who brings to the table over 16 years of experience. Equal parts exciting and ingenious, the extensive yet evolving menu has something for every diner.  There are several interesting dishes on the menu and salads are clearly winsome. A must-try is the Nonya Seafood Salad – a Malaysian dish with Crabs, Prawns, Calamari, SeaBass in a yin-yang sour plum dressing. Other non-vegetarian attractions include Tawa Fish Cafreal, Thai chili chicken kathi, Gosht Nalli Boti Khorma, Chicken Chestnut dimsums, Tandoori Murgh Burra and many others.

 

For vegetarians, the Pomelo salad is a very refreshing start to their food trail at La Concha. The diverse menu has several star performers, but visitors are just a bit partial to the Linguini with Artichoke & Aragula and the mushroom cappuccino. For food lovers, who enjoy their Indian touch in every meal, there’s Teen Mirchi Ka Paneer and Chaunki Makkai Palak. The desserts are equally incredible; What’s not love in a well-made Dulche de Leches Brûlee or Baked New York Cheesecake?
