Nexus Consultants Limited and Minmoo Super Fund to advise M&A talks

NXSC and Minmoo will begin advising Asian client of the acquisition of US company.

Minmoo Super Fund and Nexus Consultants Limited, will start officially offering their services, to a Chinese Company that wishes at this point to remain unknown, in advisory capacity pertaining but not limited to creating the framework necessary for the Asian entity to enter the US and Australian Markets. Both companies, believe that they will be able to offer feasible platforms for an easy integration into the two with main focus in the US. Quantum Technologies, the US entity targeted, is a dormant or defunct company, which with Chinese support wishes to start trading again on the US markets. The current directorship of EM Quantum, is facing massive cash constraints and legal issues that have crippled the company. Minmoo and Nexus, have completed a feasibility study on what the acquisition may entice, and with obtaining the majority votes on the board, and ousting the current directorship, Minmoo and Nexus believe that the company will become fully operational with the new management by the end of the third quarter of 2018 or begining of the 4th quarter 2018.
