Vidarbha Gets its First Intex SmartWorld Store

Nagpur (Maharashtra), March 16th, 2018: Intex Technologies, one of the leading domestic consumer electronics company, scaled up its presence in Western India with the opening of its 37th Intex SmartWorld store in the region and the first in Vidarbha Region in Nagpur city here today. With the opening of the Intex SmartWorld store in Nagpur, the national count is now 130 stores.

In Western India, Intex SmartWorld has established its footprints in Maharashtra (12), Goa (1), Gujarat (9), Madhya Pradesh (13) and Chattisgarh (2).

The 550 sq. ft. SmartWorld store in Nagpur was inaugurated by Mr. Vishal Malik, DGM - Branded Retail, Intex Technologies, in presence of senior officials of the company. The first Intex SmartWorld store in Maharashtra was opened in August, 2015 at Boisar in Palghar district of the state.

Speaking at the opening of the 1st store in the city, Mr. Vishal Malik, DGM - Branded Retail, Intex Technologies, said, ?Western Indian market has always been an area of strategic importance for Intex and hence we are rapidly expanding our retail presence here.
