Pune, 12 March 2018 : As advised by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India, the Institute of Road Traffic Education (IRTE) conducted a one day Workshop at the Auditorium,(Raj Bhavan Complex) Yashada in Pune.

Speaking at the workshop, Dr Rohit Baluja, President IRTE and Director of the College of Traffic Management said, ?The Rules of the Road Regulations form the very basis of discipline, safety and efficiency of road usage. The positive effect of improving road safety would only be possible once the Rules of Road Regulations are properly understood and implemented by the Transport Departments, Traffic Police and consequently by the road users in respective States and UTs?.
