​​International Women’s Day Celebrations at ADYPU

As a Dedication to international women?s day on 8th March, the entire Week is being celebrated with great gusto and fanfare at the Ajeenkya D. Y. Patil University,​ Pune. The theme for this grand women?s celebration is ?Press for Progress?.

This year the celebration comprise of blood donation camps, breast and cervical cancer screening tests for security, housekeeping staff attendants, medical tests for female employees of the campus, free dental camps for all ladies​ inside and outside campus. Also scheduled is a talk for cancer survivors on breast cancer & cervical cancer awareness, cultural events, fun frolic activities and sports.



All the ladies were dressed in colourful attire and spirits were high as they walked down the ramp and enjoyed cricket and other games amidst thunderous applause.
