The Shoe Lady Productions Announces Opening of TEN

Detroit, MI (October 16, 2017) ? The Shoe Lady Productions is proud to announce the debut of TEN, a short film starring Jayda Jones and Willie Pugh-Bey. TEN is an edgy ten-minute film which follows the 24-hour journey of a ten dollar bill. What if money could talk and tell a little something about its previous owner or the situation surrounding its exchange? What would your money say about you? Do you know where your TEN has been?

TEN was written by Tonja ?The Shoe Lady? Ayers and directed by Melissa Talbot however this is not the first time this dynamic duo has joined forces to address adversity on film. TEN is their sophomore project. In 2016, the two premiered the urban romantic comedy Stay in Your Place in Detroit, MI which sold out three theaters at the Bel Air Luxury Cinema.

The short film TEN will be debuting online on 10/10/17 at 10:10am at www.TenTheShortFilm.com and the film will make its theatrical debut Saturday, October 14, 2017 as an intro to The Middle Man movie premiere which will be held at the Bel Air Luxury Theater located at 10100 East 8 Mile Road in Detroit, MI.
