As a five-time Emmy? winning producer, director and filmmaker, Nanton is uniquely positioned to direct the documentary tentatively titled, "Real Heroes: The Rudy Story," that will focus on Rudy, the Notre Dame football legend who inspired audiences everywhere with his incredible story that was detailed in Rudy. The documentary, however, will take a different look at Rudy?s life with a more thorough account, as well as the journey to making the original movie.

This documentary will pick up where the original movie left off to document Rudy?s career as a successful motivational speaker who continues to motivate audiences from all walks of life. Principal photography began in April 2017.
