Buffing is done to make the rough surface smooth. As every part doesn?t have the same finish, so they need to be worked differently. It demands different polishing tools. BCL is set to launch polishing buffs which will help you get the desired finish.

Polishing Sisal Buffs
They are meant for heavy mopping operations on steel and other non-ferrous metals. They are meant for removing grinding marks which are left from previous abrasive operations on the steel. Sisal polishing buffs are meant to be used with the wax compounds.

Polishing Stitched Buffs (Cotton)
In spiral sewing, you get more uniform density. And it is meant for bright finishing and polishing. It has to be used with the fine wax compound.

Non-Stitched Buffs
They are meant for very bright surface finishing and are most suitable for plastic or the soft materials. It is advised that you use it with Green Wax compound E.

Cool Air Mop
They provide cooler buffing due to air pockets and can remove polishing ?cloth lines.?
