Perfectial Extends its Partnership with UCU and Will Grant Scholarships for CS@UCU Program

Incentives can be a powerful motivator and we are more than happy to announce that this year Perfectial will continue its partnership with Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU) and its Bachelor Program in Computer Science (CS@UCU). Last year we gave a scholarship that provided a tuition for a bachelor program in a chosen direction. This year Perfectial will grant an additional one for Systems Analysis specialization.

“Investing in young people and giving them a chance for a qualified education will only have a positive effect on our country”, says Perfectial’s CEO Andriy Skoropad. He goes on: “Perfectial believes in corporate social responsibility. We envision it as our duty to open up more opportunities for young people in the technical field to pursue their studies and a professional career and thus helping them to contribute to our society. Educated country is a successful country”.

CS@UCU is a bachelor-degree program in Computer Science that offers the latest knowledge of computer studies and information technologies. The program is based on mathematical disciplines and provides the most up-to-date methods in IT education. It invites lecturers from Western universities and Ukrainian lecturers with international experience to read the course. CS@UCU is an opportunity to get a job with business partners of the program with the potential for a rapid career development. Students have the possibility of continuing their studies at the Master’s level, at UCU as well as in leading universities abroad. By the end of the program, graduates receive a state diploma with the qualification “Bachelor of Information Technology” that is licensed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Ukrainian Catholic University is a non-profit educational institution that is not funded by the government and operates 100% from the donations of their partners, IT companies, and friends all over the world. Thanks to these fundings, the university has the ability to invite speakers from around the world, organize educational events and grant scholarships. Perfectial is proud to be a part of this initiative.
