The new Royal Adelaide Hospital offers 800 beds and 100 percent single rooms, providing the highest level of patient privacy and infection control. All elements of the hospital were designed and built around the needs of the patient, from a comprehensive range of the most complex clinical care to automated meal ordering, lighting control and audio-visual content distribution.

Intelligent InSites technology, including asset and patient tracking, along with integrations to RTLS and healthcare operations systems from Cisco, Sonitor, Imatis, OAT, and Honeywell, supports the South Australian government?s model of care calling for technology to: enable the provision of safe care, reduce time spent on menial and administration tasks and increase clinician-patient time.
