Rishikesh Yogis Yogshala has revealed the launch of their Yoga and Meditation Retreat program for the month of July. The program shall be held in Rishikesh, in the foothills of Himalayas.
This retreat is specially designed for the ones who wish to delve into the understanding of yoga and meditation while gaining an understanding on how to imbibe its techniques for a more enhanced life.
The guests are also taken for adventurous excursion and several fun filled activities for a revitalizing experience.
This Yoga and Meditation retreat program is specifically designed to help yogis develop deeper understanding of yogic philosophy and spirituality. The 10-day retreat program shall feature elements from Indian spirituality and Yoga practice. The yogis shall receive hand-on experience and knowledge of the 8 limbs of Yoga, Bhajan-Kirtan, Bhakti, Dharma, Intro to Hindu Sacred Texts, the Bhagavad Gita, Hindu Philosophical systems and much more, along with temple tours and daily practice of different yoga forms. With regular Q/A at the end of each session, the yogis shall get an opportunity to interact with the gurus in order to discuss in-depth about the ongoing elements of retreat program.
Rishikesh Yogis Yogshala is Yoga Alliance US accredited yoga school located in Rishikesh. The Yogshala is an excellent blend of philosophical traditions of Patanjali?s Yoga Sutras, Samkhya Yoga, Kriya Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga with practical approach of Traditional Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga.
