AasaanJobs launches Interview scheduling feature for Employers and Candidates

The feature will allow employers to specify and pick different time slots for scheduling interviews with job aspirants.

Most interviews are usually scheduled offline as soon as a candidate is shortlisted, with either the employer or the recruitment agency getting in touch with the individual to figure out a common time between them. However, such processes tend to be tedious, time consuming, and utilize lots of resources just for an hour long interview. Thus, to eliminate such issues,AasaanJobs came up with a unique solution, viz. Interview scheduling, which can make this process both time and cost effective.
