The exhibition will be held March 21-23, 2017, at the Henry B. Gonzalez Expedition Convention Center.
At the conference, Deep Down plans to highlight Sta-Put Dynamic Positioning. The cost-effective system was designed to make complex station keeping simpler. Since the system is smaller and less complex, it can be installed on smaller vessels to keep them on station with convenient joystick controls. There?s no need to opt for larger, more expensive systems.
When installed on lifeboats, boats can return to the appropriate lifting position with the ?Go Home? button. With the joystick controls, boats can move any direction. Sta-Put can also be fitted onto dive boats, barges, yachts, fireboats,surveying vessels, and others.
The company will also feature its Loose Steel Tube Flying Leads (LSFL). The product was designed to remove residual memory found in traditional flying leads as part of the bundling process. Since the tubes are laid loosely, this greatly reduces the stiffness of the assembly, which allows the bundle to lay flat on the sea floor,be handled by a ROV with less stress. This product is cost-effective and efficient since only simplified operations are needed to install the unit.
