(21th March 2017) - Sets and Reps makes working out at home more fun and happening. The application is an interesting mix of features that fitness conscious people will find interesting. The features included in the app are, various levels of workout difficulty; within the app, there are three main workouts, Beginner, Intermediate and Expert. Each workout has a different routine with different exercises and various sets and reps. So, customers will also find something harder when one becomes too easy.
