A new church protection service has launched called Hedge Protection Ministries, which offers security and safety for churches and the people using them as houses of worship. Founded by Steve Hinton and Steve Visser, who emphasies that they are first and foremost followers of Christ, it is a program that they have implemented themselves in their own church to great success.

Threats to a church can be natural and manmade, including hazardous weather like tornadoes, hurricanes, and floods. Manmade threats can range from dangerous incidents to burglary and arson.

Having already established the system in their own church, the founders of Hedge Protection Ministries explain that they fully understand the pressure and frustration that can come with implementing this type of program, especially given the limited information, experience and training available to churches today.

Hedge Protection Ministries was developed for the purpose of assisting churches with development and implementation of high quality and effective security. Steve and Stephen realized that there was a limited amount of information available to churches seeking to improve their level of protection for members during their services.

Because of this, they developed their step by step program that can help to educate, encourage and assist anyone who wants to improve the safety and security of their worship services and church facilities.

This means that even though churches and houses of worship can be soft targets for intruders intending to harm or cause disruption, churches can develop protection plans to help ensure that everyone can stay as safe as possible.
