$6,000 Raised for Elwyn’s Preschool Intervention Program by the Sun East Charitable Foundation

January 5, 2017 ? Media, PA ? Elwyn, one of the nation?s leading providers of care for children and adults with intellectual and/or emotional challenges, is happy to announce $6,000 in funding for their programs has been raised through the Sun East Charitable Foundation.
For over twenty-five years, the Sun East Federal Credit Union has held a golf tournament, with the proceeds going to worthy charities like Elwyn. The Sun East Golf
Classic was held at the White Manor Country Club in Malvern, PA, in September.Dozens of golfers attended on a beautiful sunny day, having a great time while raising money for children in need.

The $6,000 raised will go directly into Elwyn?s continuing technology initiative, a program intended to leverage modern mobile computing systems to provide enrichment opportunities for young children. By working with special-needs preschoolers, Elwyn helps keep their development on-track and improve their
performance during their primary school years.

Each year, Elwyn helps thousands of children in four different states through their various educational and support programs. Elwyn is funded in large part through generous donations, so the support they have received from the Sun East Charitable Foundation is highly appreciated.
