Aasaanjobs a leading online recruitment marketplace in India which connects entry-level job seekers with employers has announced its outstanding plan for all the employers who have already and who will register on their portal.

AasaanJobs introduces a unique hiring feature called 'The Interview Plan', which guarantees to provide only relevant candidates for employers to interview for any job profile. "The Interview Plan is a progressive approach towards upgrading the conventional recruitment process by automating it. The model is extremely efficient. It's like a wallet, in that the employer purchases certain credits (number of interviews) and uses them to hire multiple profiles and then recharges the same if required. The company was founded by three IIT alumni Dinesh Goel, Gaurav Toshniwal and Kunal Jadhav. ?This startup aims to redefine and organize the market, especially where entry level and blue collar jobs are concerned. This segment is often unregulated with no guaranteed way to know whether the hires are reliable. Aasaanjobs wants to change all this?, said Dinesh Goel.

Apart from its Interview Plan Model, Aasaanjobs has initiated one more recruitment process in the outsourcing segment. This enables the companies to outsource hiring. The company has more than 10,000 recruiters from diverse industries, especially targeting the BFSI (Banking, Financial services, and Insurance) and IT (Information Technology) sectors. These sectors generally require high volume hiring.

The company promises - this new and astonishing feature will let companies sign up with Aasaanjobs for sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of the worthy applicants listed on the portal for a long term, offering replacements as and when required.

On 31st October 2016, Aasaanjobs launched its latest service in IT recruitment as part of its plan to expand its verticals in job search and employment. This startup is providing job roles in IT sectors across multiple cities in India. The job profiles that are included under the new IT recruitment service are Java developer, Dot net developers, network engineers, hardware engineers, etc.

To excite new clients the company has now job openings for Java Developer, Network Engineers, hardware engineers, etc., for both long term and contractual work on their list. With the move of entering in IT recruitment segment the company has got more clients.

In addition, Aasaanjobs is free for users posting their CVs on their portal but charges employers a percentage of CTC of a hired person. An average CTC in the IT sector is higher than a typical blue collar job - an opening for a chef pays Rs 11,000 per month while a web developer and designer opening pays Rs 25,000-30,000. Aasaanjobs is likely aware of this and hence the move to push IT recruitment.

The company has witnessed an excellent traction in the model from various types of clients since last year. Aasaanjobs has catered over 10,000 clients which are registered in their system from past two and a half years. These clients are ranging from startups and SMEs to big corporates.

From past one year, this online recruitment marketplace has offered HR services like, Pre-paid Plans, Recruitment process outsourcing solutions, Contract staffing solutions, Payroll management solutions, Complete labour and compliance audit solutions.
