More information on the book can be found here: https://clik2it.com/r/da6N90

This is the 35th photography training book Eitreim has authored. The book was written with the goal of helping beginning and amateur photographers move their photos from basic snapshots to a level that rivals those of the best professionals. There's also particular excitement about this launch because because Thanksgiving is a prime time for making family photos. Since very few photographer's truly understand how to get the most out of their on-camera flash units, readers generally see an immediate improvement in their photos and start shooting photo contest winners right away!

"Flash Photography" sets its main focus on understanding and effectively using all the features and benefits of on-camera flash units. Readers will likely find a particular interest in using the special techniques designed to get awesome holiday and family gathering photos! More importantly, their photography will move to new creative levels without the need for new and costly equipment. "Flash Photography" is being released by On Target Publishing.

Dan Eitreim's background includes running his own photo studio for over twenty years. During that time he saw sub-standard cell phone "selfies" becoming the norm while the joy, creativity and art of photography has virtually died. His background helped shape the creation of this book by inspiring him to teach others how easy it is to get amazing photographs with even the most basic camera and flash. He started writing books teaching basic photography techniques and currently has 35 training volumes covering virtually every aspect of photography.

When asked about why he wrote the book, Eitreim said: €œI was compelled to write this book because our family photos are our most prized possessions and we should strive to make them as awesome as possible. Selfies are nice for a quick snapshot but not for creating family photos we will treasure for generations €

The author has hopes the book will inspire people to put down their cell phones and discover how easy it is to create something amazing, photos that will become family heirlooms and will be cherished for many future generations. This positive outlook from the author is certainly a testament to his optimism considering some of the mishaps during its creation. There were several problems and mishaps in creating this e-book. For example; the first edition had to be completely reworked because it assumed more photo knowledge than many readers possessed. It was originally designed to just explain the various techniques. Dozens of readers sent in emails requesting more detailed explanations and photo examples so they could better see how the techniques could be put into use. Now, this new edition is completely illustrated and readers are better able to understand the concepts and ideas presented. Of course the text was re-written as well. Now it is easier to understand and even the most technical concepts are made simple and basic.

In a recent interview, the author made a point of thanking Bob Lemberger, Ron Griems and Pat Hurley for their support and encouragement during the creation of "Flash Photography". "They all came through for me in particular times of need and without their help, the book would never have been completed. Additionally, I'd like to particularly thank Veronica Mitchell. I bought my first camera and started my photo journey because I wanted pictures of her!€
