Propchill won the 'Best Website of the Year' title

After being nominated for the 'best website of the year' in the Housing and Interior category, Prochill has now won the title finally among its competitors in the market. It has given a run for money to the top-notch property sites operational in India and bagged such a powerful award. Around 12 competitors had been nominated for the titles in the same category. The real estate website had contested on the Website of the Year 2016 and won two best titles such as 'Most Popular Website' and the 'Best Website' in the category.

The real estate websites provide information on various matrices such as design, specifications, conveniences, propinquity and costs. Propchill is also providing the comparison of projects and localities.

In this context, Mr Sameer Kanwar, Founder, Propchill.com, said, "We were not expecting it. Definitely Not! At best, we were debating our chance of winning the ?Best Website? in the category because ours is a content-based product.


However, the most popular website came as a huge surprise, of course, a pleasant one! It is a feeling of euphoria, as we were taken by surprise, and we would like to thank website of the year for organising these awards in the most transparent manner. Such recognitions go a long way in boosting start-ups like ours. We would also like to thank all well-wishers who came forward to vote for us in large numbers."
"We are looking for building a comprehensive knowledge base for the real estate sector in India. There are several other tools being developed, which would empower the end user in the property selection process. We are also exploring and in talks with agencies to implement the model in the other international markets," Mr Kanwar added.

It is an international award and is organised in seven different countries that include France, Germany, India, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom. The voter's singles out Propchill among its other competitors in the market. It is now a gala time for the real estate websites.
