Klara Landrat is preparing the lawsuit against the Rubz Aps and The Rubz Iceland for using her publicity image and for counterfeiting her and her husband' s brand - The Rubbzz Original, fashion label from New York.
Klara Landrat has been seen anywhere from the movie "Zoolander", "Going Under", "The Soul Collector" or more recently in "Fateful Findings". She has also covered multiple magazines such as "Le Fil D'Or" from Amsterdam, "Modo Magazine", London, "Irk Magazine", Paris as a fashion photographer.
Her work was shown in galleries in New York and Poland. It doesn't end there!
She co-created a multi-faceted fashion label "The Rubbzz Original" in New York along with her husband Abraham Eben Ezra back in 2011. The brand has flourished since then having a huge success in the USA, Israel, South Africa, Austria, China and Hong Kong. Their main focus covers fashion accessories such as modern three link bracelets from eco-silicon and metal which became the number one fashion item any celebrity have worn. From her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, to Wayne Lineker, to Real Housewives of Miami T Karen Sierra, Miss USA Mia Sanchez, and last but not least Anna Lynn Mac Cord. Klara Landrat and her husband also create a line of luxury leather and PVC clutches, bags, trenches and shoes.
Despite the success and fame, Klara Landrat and her husband cannot evade the counterfeit issues that recently has covered the news and sprouted a new approach and attitude towards fashion Klara has been so keen on relying on for so many years.
Recent publicity in Paris by DN Magazine where Klara used to cover all the catwalks years before, has discovered the scam that Klara has unfortunately faced.
The Rubz Aps of the Rubz Official , The Rubz Iceland , the Rubz Hong Kong etc.which currently distributes to more than 4000 shops and produces everything in a petty factory in China, claims differently. As a previous partner of Klara and Abraham they went behind their back and began counterfeiting their own creation- "three link bracelet" since 2015. More over, in September The Rubz Iceland decided it was perfectly all right to use Klara Landrat's copyrighted image shot in the resort of Koh Mak, Thailand to use her as a promotion of their counterfeit designs.
The audacity these people from Denmark can express is absolutely shameful.
Martin Larsen, Jens Brinksten and Thomas Sylvest - which comprises The Rubz Aps are in fact welll known crooks in the fashion business. From previous employees to former partners, they have generated a monstrous wave of response. Klara was able to reach celebrities and present outstanding evidence. Soon to be seen on the international media and press, the real face of the counterfeiters will be at last exposed.
Close friend of Klara, a profound writer and theater director from New York, Mark Altman, recently expressed: "counterfeiting is the biggest form of flattery" and that may be true, however we all know that at the end all thieves will be hanged.
