IMS Learning Resources Appoints President

IMS Learning Resources Pvt Ltd, a test prep company known for its training for various management aptitude tests, has recently announced the promotion of Anand Sutaria to President of the company. Mr. Sutaria had joined IMS in 2010 as the chief financial officer, a role he will continue to hold along with his new position.

IMS is known to be a pioneer in the test prep industry, particularly in the management aptitude test prep segment. Since its inception in 1977, IMS has added several segments, preparing over 55,000 students for law and BBA studies at the undergraduate level, international aptitude tests like GMAT, GRE, SAT, and bank and government exams. The company has also started leveraging technology to enhance students? experience, including mobile technologies and various key online initiatives. This will augment the learning of the students and make it more efficient and effective.

A Chartered Accountant, Mr. Sutaria is an alumnus of Mumbai?s HR College of Commerce, and has over 19 years of experience across various segments, largely media, education and consumer durables. Mr. Sutaria is now tasked to create IMS as one of the most viable destinations for students for career guidance and realisation of their career aspirations. He has been focusing on building long term business strategies and reorganising the company over the last couple of years, which has helped achieve healthy growth and focus on key business areas.

According to IMS Managing Director Kamlesh Sajnani, Mr. Sutaria has always focused on an approach that provides the maximum benefit to the students. ?Over the last six years of working with Anand, I have found him to be a highly focused individual, who gives space to people at every stage to perform.
