OrthoSport Physical Therapy Launches New Golf Swing Program To Lower Handicaps

Earlier today, [OrthoSport Physical Therapy] announced the launch of its new OrthoSport Swing Service, a Titleist Performance Institute Program (TPI), set to go live May 1, 2016. For anyone in the Lynnwood, WA, area, with even a passing interest in the sport of golf, this new program will be worth paying attention to as it is set to shake things up.
Anyone who has had golf lessons will notice a difference in how physical therapists, as movement experts, approach the golf swing. The owner of OrthoSport Physical Therapy, Tom DiAngelis, PT, DPT, makes a point of saying "things are going to change when our OrthoSport Swing service launches".
Evan Martina, PT, DPT a certified Titleist professional says... "Where you'll always see our competitors doing the same old thing, we will look at your golf swing and limitations from an advanced biomechanical perspective. We do this because we believe, physical therapists are uniquely qualified to screen your muscular and skeletal systems and identify areas of tightness or weakness that can interfere with your swing. Ultimately this TPI screening is going to be a huge benefit to our customers."
Currently, the closest thing to OrthoSport Physical Therapy's OrthoSport Swing service is working with a personal trainer; but, OrthoSport Physical Therapy improved on this by having doctoral-level physical therapists, who specialize in the evaluation and treatment of movement disorders, analyze the limitations of golfers and then design individual programs to address swing flaws and enhance customers' golf games. This alone is likely to make OrthoSport's Swing service more popular with customers in the golf community.
