Not Sure Whether to Subscribe to Apple Music? Tune Sweeper App Can Make This Decision Easier

Wide Angle Software Ltd have updated their popular iTunes cleanup software, Tune Sweeper, to identify tracks added to iTunes by Apple Music. This allows users to see which songs will vanish from iTunes if users cancel their Apple Music subscription.

Apple Music is amazing for discovering new music. Users can listen to everything in the iTunes Store and decide to add any track or album they like directly to their music library.

However, Apple Music tracks added to iTunes appear just like the rest of the music tracks in iTunes, this includes music purchased on iTunes. Users with a free 3-month Apple Music trial that is due to expire soon, and those who are considering cancelling their subscription, especially those with large music libraries, may be wondering which tracks in their collection were added by Apple Music.

The developers at Wide Angle Software Ltd have updated their iTunes duplicate cleaner software, Tune Sweeper, toidentify tracks from Apple Music. This makes it easy to see which songs will vanish from iTunes if users cancel their Apple Music subscription, helping them to make an informed decision.

Tune Sweeper is able to run on a Mac or PC and will display a complete list of tracks and albums that were added by the Apple Music streaming service. Tune Sweeper users are able to select the album added by Apple Music in order to quickly visit the albums store page. This is great for those finding themselves only listening to a few albums or songs that have been added by Apple Music. It also allows users to evaluate costs of purchasing the music compared to opting for a monthly Apple Music subscription.

The Apple Music feature in Tune Sweeper is available as part of the free software demo, which can be downloaded from the Wide Angle Software website at https://www.wideanglesoftware.com/tunesweeper/. Tune Sweeper is compatible with Mac OSX 10.7 or higher, as well as with Windows 7, 8 and 10. Tune Sweeper can also remove duplicate and missing tracks in iTunes as well as view their iTunes usage statistics. The software will also fix incorrect song data and download any missing album art.
